Looking down at the Streets of Mid Town Manhattan from the Empire State Building. Things do look rather small fom up there.

  1. No, that was something my dad did. Don’t feel that comfortable pointing the camera at people. Particularly as the Nikon D610 is quite big. For the same reason my dad tends to use an Olympus which is quite small.

I know what you mean, I use the d7100 with a battery grip that gets noticed pretty instantly, but I’ve realised there’s nothing to be ashamed of, and most people won’t even realise you’re taking a picture of them. I find that it’s the most rewarding photography out there, as you capture moments most people wouldn’t realise were happening right beside them
